Each project is scoped individually. We work in two models: a fixed fee for custom software, or co-investment and equity when we build a venture with you. In a 20-minute call we tell you which one fits.

It depends on scope, which we define first in a short paid validation. Then we build in focused 4-week phases, each ending with something usable in production, so you see real progress continuously instead of waiting on a single deadline.

You keep the code, the documentation and infrastructure access. We offer optional monthly support, but you are free — no lock-in, no mandatory retainer.

Before we build, we run a short paid validation phase (1–2 weeks) where we define scope, technical risk and deliverables. If at that point it does not make sense to continue, you walk away with no further commitment.
